⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If Buying a Home Were an Olympic Sport, Santiago Mendiola Would Have Gold Medals in Every Event ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I didn’t just hire a realtor — I hired a real estate wizard, negotiator, therapist, fortune teller, and miracle worker all rolled into one. Santiago Mendiola doesn’t sell houses… he moves mountains, bends markets, and casually makes dreams come true. From the moment we started, Santiago was ten steps ahead of everyone else. While other realtors might “get back to you,” Santiago was already calling, emailing, texting, negotiating, and probably drafting the contract before I even finished my thought. I’m convinced he does not sleep — he simply recharges by closing deals. Questions? Answered instantly. Problems? Solved before they even became problems. Stress? Nonexistent. At one point I was so relaxed I forgot I was making the biggest financial decision of my life — because Santiago handled it like he’s done this a thousand times (and probably has). His negotiation skills should honestly be studied. Sellers don’t just agree — they respectfully surrender. Paperwork magically makes sense when he explains it, and deadlines fear him. If you’re thinking about buying or selling and you don’t use Santiago Mendiola, just know you’re choosing the harder, more stressful path for no reason. This man turns chaos into confidence and transactions into victories. 10/10. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. Would trust him with my house, my sanity, and probably my future. If realtors had capes, Santiago would be wearing one.

I had the pleasure of being able to work with Santiago Mendiola and let me tell you guys man this guy puts in the work. I work in sales and I know what prospecting looks like and this guy is a champ. He over delivers and truly puts his heart into his work. You can tell when some one genuinely loves what they do and this is that guy. Do yourself a favor and ask for Santiago Mendiola. No I’m not a relative or a sponsor. I was just one of a thousand that needed help with my house and he made us feel like we were his only client ! 👍

Worked with Santiago in which he assisted and helped me lease an apartment. Extremely grateful as he made the process easier for me, additionally was very useful in the process of assisting me find my first apartment! 10/10 would recommend.
