Melissa Carstens was fantastic to deal with throughout the purchase of our new home at Moonee Beach. She was highly responsive in the lead-up to the auction, always willing to answer questions and provide information promptly. What stood out was her continued support after the auction and even after settlement, remaining proactive and helpful with requests. It was clear her commitment to clients didn't end once the sale was completed. Her professionalism, responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience very positive one.

As a now retired, purchaser moving from Vic to Emerald Beach NSW, I cannot praise Brett Finnie enough for the assistance he has provided in finding the perfect property for myself and my wife. He is an absolute gentleman, always happy to help and has shown amazing professionalism throughout this sometimes very stressful journey. My experience with The Edge Real Estate was fantastic. I had 2 property managers over the course of 4 years with most recently Deborah Sazul. Their support and care through the whole process was great. Very responsive on emails and happy to help where possible. Would definitely recommend in the future.
