There is a particularly difficult property manager named Libby in this company. She is arrogant, unprofessional, and constantly appears "busy." What’s more, she seems to have a delusion that people are always eager to get in touch with her, which is quite unsettling. Having interacted with several property managers, I must say she is by far the most challenging to communicate with.

Unfortunately, our experience working with Steven Jack was highly disappointing and frustrating. Over the course of two years, the process felt like an ongoing challenge. Communication was consistently problematic—he was frequently unresponsive and difficult to reach. Emails often went unanswered, and phone calls were rarely returned. As a result, we felt more like we were chasing him down than actually collaborating effectively. His demeanor often came across as dismissive and arrogant, particularly when addressing our concerns, which only added to our frustration. The entire experience was exhausting, and I’m relieved that our contract has finally concluded. To make matters worse, we had our own insurance and also had to pay for our insurance through the agency for the full year, despite having informed them that our lease was nearing its end. They assured us we would receive a refund for the unused portion once the lease expired. However, when we followed up, they claimed the information was "not on their system," and the refund was never processed.. If you happen to overpay or pay an additional amount, don’t expect it to be refunded. They simply claimed it wasn’t recorded in their system, offering no further resolution. Over the course of two years, we were initially provided with an estimated annual cost for our outgoing expenses. However, the actual charges ended up being nearly double the estimate each year, resulting in us paying significantly more than anticipated Be cautious—the agency also attempted to convince us to pay our bond directly to them, assuring us that the funds would be securely locked away. For your own protection, it is always advisable to make bond payments directly through the bank rather than handing over large sums to an agency. We proceeded with our own resources and fulfilled the requirement through a bank guarantee. Overall, this was an incredibly unprofessional and stressful experience. I would not recommend Steven Jack or his agency to anyone. They lack accountability, communication, and follow-through, turning what should have been a straightforward process into a prolonged and frustrating ordeal. Additionally, be prepared to have strong legal support on hand to navigate through the process.
