Stay away from this agent. It's very inaction and completely irresponsible. After signing the contract, it's not his business. He doesn't take our tenants seriously at all. What he said before signing the contract. How nice it sounds. The furniture is all-inclusive for us. As a result, after signing the contract, we were told to move the furniture by ourselves. They said that we could provide it and we were told to move it ourselves. The air conditioner didn't have a remote control. I asked him for several months, but he didn't give it to me. He would secretly take your home key without our consent, and he would look through your mailbox. There was no respect at all. It was very disgusting and rude. Listen to the advice! Listen to the advice! Listen to the advice! Never sign a contract with this intermediary, especially Subodh. He is very rude and disgusting. He is not responsible for doing things. He always to do something disgusting to you.

My experience was, unfortunately, quite disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. There was a noticeable lack of transparency throughout the process, with key information either delayed or not provided at all. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion, and I felt that my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I had expected a more professional and supportive approach. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe all clients deserve clear, timely, and respectful communication,especially when dealing with something as important as real estate.

Appaling behaviour, no customer service skills , disrespectful. Didn't answer a single call for a week.Submitted application no correspondence, no feedback. I own 4 properties and dealing with 4 different agents on a weekly basis . Never ever experienced anything like this. Please stay away.
