I am extremely pleased with the attention and care that Renee displays at all times. Renee’s communication is superb, never leaves me with no contact, will always acknowledge a missed phone call or reply to an email, with little delay. Renee is very approachable and understanding to all concerns raised. Nothing is a problem, and any concern or issue is always dealt with diligently. Can not recommend Soster Property highly enough.

Renee is such a lovely real estate agent, very honest and cares about the tenant as much as the owner. Nothing is ever too big of an issue and it has been a breathe of fresh air dealing with her as our real estate agent.

I honestly cannot recommend Renee Soster and Soster Property highly enough. As a property owner, having someone manage your investment who you can genuinely trust is absolutely priceless — and Renee is exactly that person. She is professional, proactive, incredibly responsive and, most importantly, she actually cares. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, communication is always clear, and I never feel like I need to chase things up or wonder what is happening with my property. Renee just gets things done. What really sets her apart is that perfect balance between looking after the property, treating tenants fairly and respectfully, and making sure I am informed and supported as the owner. I have complete confidence that my property is in very capable hands. There are plenty of property managers out there who simply “manage” a property. Renee takes genuine ownership of it, and the difference that makes is enormous. If you're looking for someone to manage your investment property and want professionalism, honesty, exceptional communication and genuine care — Renee is your person. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her, and I certainly wouldn't trust my property with anyone else. ❤️
