Lurdes should be reviewed on her mannerism, constantly finding reasons to keep your bond and harrasing you for money. If any issues found in the house, will not be the owner out of pocket will be you. Very unprofessional man he is.

Exceptional Service in management of my rental property. Saxby Real Estate ensures the property is maintained to a very high standard and seeks quality tenants and ensures the highest possible rental return. The best part is you unlike bigger real estate agents is that you deal direct with the person responsible and not some receptionist paid to filter your calls. I definitely recommend Saxby Real Estate for anyone considering switching their property manager if you want improved service better rental return and your property maintained to a highest standard.
