Not a bad real estate when needing to act on items that they are legally required to (maintenance requests etc.) Were far more prompt when my tenancy first changed over to them and better than the previous real estate. I'm not sure if the property manager is overloaded but informed her three months before breaking my lease that I was planning to, took weeks and a month to reply to emails. Didn't complete my rental references until hassled, and then had the audacity to ask me to move out earlier so that they didn't have to do the outgoing on the same day as their shutdown. I literally laughed out loud after the phone call, as I had to ring three times to get a rental reference completed after filling in applications for three weeks and her telling me it was a bit stressful. Didn't turn up when asked for access (imagine if I'd actually taken the day off work). Receptionist is quite lovely and seems to follow-up on chasing people to do things they said they were going to do. Talking with my colleagues, they had similar issues on their end as owners leasing their property through Elders but that the quality of service was largely dependent on who you were dealing with. Overall, would I lease with them again? Yes. Would I be the same amount as chill about them taking awhile to get back to me? No.
