Property West Real Estate - Joondalup

Highly recommend Property West for property management. Over the years I've had nothing but positive experiences. My property manager Sarah goes above and beyond and covers all angles. I'm beyond impressed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We cannot recommend Sarah and her team highly enough. From the very beginning of our tenancy, they have been absolutely exceptional. Every interaction has been professional, friendly and genuine, and they’ve consistently made us feel valued and respected as tenants. Communication has always been prompt, clear and helpful, and any questions or maintenance requests have been handled efficiently and with care. Sarah is an outstanding property manager. She is approachable, knowledgeable, organised and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about both her landlords and tenants, and that balance is something we’ve really appreciated throughout our tenancy. Sadly, we’re only moving because the owners are returning to live in the property. If that weren’t the case, we would have been more than happy to stay. That alone speaks volumes about the positive experience we’ve had. Finding a property manager who is professional, compassionate and consistently delivers such a high standard of service is rare. Sarah and her team have made renting a genuinely positive experience, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for our family. Thank you all for your kindness, support and professionalism. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for exceptional property management services.

Ann and the team at Property West have been fabulously tentative to our every need and question. Always prompt communication, friendly and easy to work with, and we feel confident that our property is in good hands with them.
