Extremely Disappointing Experience with Susan, Avoid this Real Estate Company!!!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Susan, a real estate agent from this company. I feel compelled to share my frustrating and disheartening experience to warn others who may be considering their services. From the very beginning, Susan demonstrated a level of unresponsiveness and inattention that was beyond disappointing. It seemed as though she had little interest in addressing our concerns or facilitating a smooth moving process. The unnecessary hassles created by her lack of professionalism and disregard for our needs made our one-year tenure with this real estate company an absolute nightmare. One of the most egregious issues we faced was Susan's refusal to address damages to the property. Despite our efforts to communicate and resolve the matter amicably, she demonstrated a dismissive attitude and deemed repairs as unnecessary. This forced us to take legal action and navigate through the courts to address the damages. Moreover, the lack of promptness in returning our bond was yet another point of contention. Susan failed to fulfill her responsibilities by not releasing the bond within the stipulated three weeks. We were left with no choice but to take matters into our own hands and file a claim directly with the NSW Fair Trade. This unnecessary delay, coupled with her uncooperative behavior, only added to the stress and frustration we experienced during the moving-out process. Additionally, she DOES NOT provide essential documents such as rent ledgers or payment receipts which ONLY demotes one from getting a new rental property. I strongly advise anyone considering the services of Property Square Realty to think twice before entrusting their property affairs to this company. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a real estate company that values its clients and provides the service they deserve. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with their service. They have not only failed to meet basic expectations but have also created unnecessary hardships for tenants. Unreliable and unresponsive. Victoria organised a time for me to inspect the property, and when I got there she called to say she would come down to the lobby in a minute to pick me up. I waited over 30 mins and she never showed up. She stopped picking up her phone and didn’t respond to any of my texts thereafter. Complete waste of time with absolutely no reasoning provided by the agent. Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere

If I can give them 0 star, they will have a 0. You should avoid doing business with this company. What has happened: 1. Weeks for them to do pest control 2. 10 months for them to fix a door 3. No entry report was provided. 4. I gave them 14 days' notice before the end of the contract and they said it should be 21 days. The law says 14 days! 5. they request you to use professional cleaning, however, just after we moved in there were cockroaches, dirt, oil layers in the kitchen area. And they said it had been cleaned by a professional cleaning company. 6. not responsive for repairs 7. When you move out, they find different things that they want you to fix! These things have existed since we moved in! I had to argue with them while the entry report was never provided. This is the worst company that I have ever met.
