Stayed 3 nights for nearly 600 dollars per night but first thing noticed was full of mold smell. They will make sure you move the bins out so they will send you 1-2 messages a day to make sure you do this if not they charge you 50 dollars for pushing bins themself.If you forgot to empty the bin, you will be charged for $100 each if you do not go back empty it. Even we were willing to go back and clean it, yes, they were told very clearly on the phone we were going back, they still charged me $100 after the phone call straight away to make sure we actually went back. Then we were told this is their rule. We have been traveling around and this was first time heard this. Then of course emails back and forwards a few times for the refund, waste of time waste of energy!!!!!

I strongly advise any renter considering Professionals Marysville to be aware of their rights under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Vic) and to document everything. Our experience with Corrin Elliot was deeply disappointing and highlights why so many tenants distrust real estate agents. Upon vacating our rental, we were pressured to arrange professional cleaning, despite Tenancy Victoria confirming (through laughter at the audacity) this was not required as no professional cleaning had been performed before we moved in and the carpets and oven were in terrible condition. Even though we reference the condition report that stated all of this, and that the house was quote "dirty and dusty", the agent continued to insist on cleaning that was not legally enforceable, threatened taking us to VCAT and that our bond would be withheld if we did not comply. This was misleading and took advantage of us in a vulnerable position. We did return to complete additional cleaning, despite knowing it was unnecessary, simply to avoid further stress. However, no tenant should have to deal with this kind of treatment. These tactics are unfair, unethical and go against tenancy laws designed to protect renters from exploitation. If you are renting through Professionals Marysvile, I urge you to know your rights, keep all records, and report any unlawful behaviour to Tenancy Victoria. Do not be intimidated by unfair demands, and do not let your bond be unlawfully withheld. Now that I have a longterm living situation, I hope never to rent here again—largely because of experiences like this. However, I will continue to share my experience so that other tenants do not go through the same. Renters deserve to be treated with fairness and respect. I have placed a complaint with this with no response. Appalling.
