The inspection was very well managed, particularly given the high level of interest and constant flow of people enquiring and arriving. The agent handled the volume extremely professionally, remaining organised, approachable, and responsive while continuously assisting new attendees and managing access through the secure gate. Overall, it was a smooth and well-run inspection.

After a poor experience with another property manager from another company, it has been great having Joanne manage my property efficiently. She has quickly picked up the pieces from my previous property manager. It's nice to have a Management of Authority form that is filled in correctly, and to receive an Inspection Report within one week or less after an inspection has been completed. It has been easy to negotiate fees, arrange quotes, renew the lease for my tenants and ask general questions about property management (e.g. landlord insurance). Most importantly, the transparency is impressive. Being cc'd in emails of quotes or other communiqué with the strata company; emailing a notice of routine inspection (I've never received this before); uploading documents, photos and quotes onto the PropertyMe account or even displaying her work hours in her email signature block - simple but effective. I even like the layout of the email with the rental income statement - easy to read with the income, expenses and other statements attached. This level of transparency is what I was looking for. I enjoy not having to constantly follow-up about the progress of my quotes or strata queries. It's nice not having to do much! I feel lucky. Overall, Joanne from LJ Hooker Subiaco is efficient, value for money, professional and transparent, which are all necessary qualities to have in a property manager.
