ZERO STARS! Our experience with Lin and Linking Property Group after purchasing our home (which was at the time tenanted and that they had been managing) was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. What should have been a straight forward collection of keys and documents in the transition to our on-site property managers turned into weeks of unnecessary delays, poor communication and constant chasing up. We luckily had the absolute best property managers on our side that helped us navigate through the mess that Linking Property Group had created. Most concerning was when it was discovered that the tenant's bond had NOT been lodged with the RTA as required (our amazing on-site property managers picked up on this). Rather than accepting responsibility and working cooperatively to resolve the issues, the experience was marked with a lack of accountability. We would never recommend Lin or Linking Property Group to any property owners looking for an ethical, professional, organised and transparent property management company. Avoid like the plague!

She tries her best to communicate with me in spite of her busy schedule when I have issues at home like when she managed to send an aircon technician on a short notice.
