Bought a warehouse from another "reputable" agent, front of complex 10 months ago but had it advertised for over 12 months by this selling agent. Enough was enough. Approached Lawsons and Ben found a reputable tenant within 4 weeks and negotiated a lease $7000 more than what the previous agent was advertising for.
