Tried to rent a property from Lynne whilst on the mainland. Communicated my needs and was 'approved'. I requested to take 2 weeks to sign, which apparently was fine. She then pulled the agreement before that time lapsed. When I recently went for another property with a different agent; she implied I had signed a lease without paying anything and even moved belongings in when I was nowhere near the town at the time. This mud-slinging nearly cost me securing that accommodation. Additionally, before I was aware of this rumour mongering, I applied for that same property again as it was still advertised despite being previously told it was taken and she again had said its gone to someone else. A doubtful story; honesty does not appear to be value here. This person should not be in a position of power when it comes to such a critical issue as housing security.
