I highly recommend Jenkins Real Estate Agents. The service we received from Allison was extremely satisfying from day one. Her professionalism was evident not only in her presentation and attire, but also in the high standard of service she consistently provided. There was also another lovely gentleman in the office who was always welcoming, helpful, and willing to assist anyone who walked in. That level of genuine customer service is rare to find these days, especially with some so-called real estate agencies. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Jenkins Real Estate to anyone looking to sell or rent their property.

Alison Bateman has been looking after my investment properties for the last 9 years and I cannot fault her work. She is fastidious with inspections at the properties and provides me with prompt feedback. She is a great communicator and keeps me up to date with any maintenance or information regarding my tenants. Alison’s knowledge of the real estate industry is amazing – she notifies me ahead of time of any expected changes that are going to affect my property and is great at suggesting the best ways to resolve any potential maintenance issues that are both cost effective while still keeping my property in great condition. Alison is an absolute joy to work with. She is extremely pleasant and polite in any of our dealings yet still professional and confident in what she is doing. I love working with her because while she has been managing my properties, I am no longer stressed about how they are managed. She takes great care of my properties and my tenants.
