Pauline is the queen of prestige property sales in the eastern suburbs. she truly understands the correct marketing strategies to attract the right buyer for each property. She is highly experienced in dealing with exclusive properties and she is a wonderful person personally.

My Tamarama house had not sold at Auction with another agent a year ago. I met Pauline at that auction, so she knew my place. Pauline approached me and thought she had a buyer. The house was sold a week later for a very good price. It could not have been easier. She handled all the negotiations beautifully. Pauline also came with me to the Auction of the apartment that I wanted. She was so calm and experienced and an enormous help. I could not have bought it without her invaluable help. Her follow up help has been amazing , recommending removalists,trades people and generally dealing with everything behind the scenes in a very polite,quiet, efficient manner . I would wholeheartedly recommend Pauline as your Agent.

I’ve been dealing with Pauline for 20 years in many different capacities and there is a reason I keep going back. She knows the market exceptionally well and as the consummate networker has a keen eye for putting the right sellers and buyers together for the perfect match. Her sharp instinct makes the process of buying tenanting or selling so much easier. She has her ear to the ground about everything that’s going on and is always delighted to share her knowledge. She has time for all of her clients be they buyers sellers and renters and is great to work with -reliable, friendly, canny and above all a straight shooter which is an invaluable combination. Highly recommended.
