Extremely unprofessional experience with Darcy Mercieca (Global Property Agency, Warners Bay). After having our offer accepted on Saturday, we moved quickly with our solicitor. Two days later—just hours after Darcy sent the draft sales contract to our solicitor—we informed him at noon that we had paid for the building/pest report as he advised. He stopped replying or communicating after that. He ignored our calls and ghosted the building inspector who cleared his schedule for us. Finally in the evening he picked up after several messages and calls. When we confronted him about playing games, Darcy snappily admitted "yes it is a game," shouted "you have paid nothing to nobody," and hung up. Later that evening—only after I called his office colleagues about his conduct—did Darcy call back. He claimed he was "too busy" to send a text about accepting another offer, with no explanation for why he issued contracts and urged us to pay for an inspection hours prior. Absolutely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful—avoid dealing with him.

Anthony is a knowledge agent and was very helpful throughout the process of selling my house. I chose Anthony because I had bought the house through his agency 10 1/2 years ago which was a very positive experience, and I don’t know anyone else in the area. He is easy to do dealings with, shows great knowledge in the market and has a friendly attitude. He was always willing to go above and beyond to help me out. I had an incredible experience with Darcy. Despite being young, he is extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. He gave me open, insightful advices. He lifted my confidence, hand in hand walked through this whole journey with me. Thanks to his experience, my home sold on the very first day of the open house, way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell properties!!
