I just wanted to reach out to express my disappointment with the experience I’ve had purchasing land through Gagliardi Scott Real Estate in Shepparton. We purchased a few blocks of land before the project even began and paid a deposit until everything was ready. When the time came to finalise the purchase, I was told that the price had increased and that everyone in the street was in the same situation. However, I later found out that others in the same area purchased their land under the original agreement, which was very disappointing to learn. I feel that this was very misleading and unprofessional, and based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency. Unfortunately, I have completely lost trust in their team.
