I found Ricky's details from a neighbour who recently sold their home. From the first contact, he was very responsive and motivated, and scheduled a meeting within 24 hours. He guided me through the process of selling my house and provided a lot of information about the market. Throughout the whole process of selling my house, he always kept me informed about how things were going. My house was sold within 7 days, at the higher price range that I had hoped for. I highly recommend his service.

Working with Ricky was the best decision I made when selling my property. I was not in the state (VIC) and Ricky just jumped in, ensuring everything went smooth, and more so, that everything was executed at an unbelievable speed due to his strong network and relationships in the industry. He remained a high touch communicator throughout the process and was genuine with his advice.

Ricky Little from Established Property is super easy to work with. He knows the suburb super well and most important of all, he get things done. He is always genuine and always transparent when there is a hiccup and always comes with options on how we can rectify it together.
