As buyers, working with Tonnie was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was incredibly supportive and transparent throughout the entire process, always making sure we understood every step and felt confident in our decisions. She consistently got back to us at her earliest opportunity, no matter how big or small our questions were, and that level of responsiveness made the entire journey so much easier. We’re truly grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional real estate agent.

We had a hard a long drawn out search for a new home in the Hills and along with this search came the need to sell our home as well. We put the home up for sale with another Agent and were very disappointed in lack of offers and overall lack of care for us and our property during a very stressful period of our lives. However even though we hadn't used Tonnie from Earnshaw's before and even though she had no previous dealings with us she took us under her wing and was a constant support and guide until the time finally came to get our home Sold quick and that is exactly what Tonnie did. Sold and achieved one of the best prices for a house type like ours Canningvale had ever seen. Great people to work with and they CARE.
