Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Unfortunately, my experience with Day by Day was very disappointing. I found communication to be unclear and misleading, which created unnecessary stress for both myself and my tenant. Rather than supporting a smooth and professional relationship, their handling of matters contributed to tension and confusion. I also found their conduct to be unprofessional and, on multiple occasions, rude. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exploring other options. They still email and send statements, despite the fact that I am no longer signed with them (it has been months now) and have since asked for them to stop contacting me.

Although we did not end up signing a lease with Day by Day, I just want to say how professional and prompt Brooke was with relaying information between us and the homeowners of the property we were considering. Would not hesitate to rent with them in the future. Thank you so much!! :))
