Dealings with Craig Arthur have been atrocious. He manages properties and buildings on the Gold Coast as is gaining a reputation for blatantly ignoring request for simple upkeep, which is causing potential health and safety risks for owners and occupiers. This guy simply ignores his duties on which he is hired to carry out and just takes the money from dozens of people. There is legal processes that are needing to progress further. My advised is for anyone thinking of dealing with Craig & Renee Arthur to AVOID at all cost. I would be contacting directly any owners, or body cooperates which he is managing to get the full understanding of his blatant rort of many people he has engaged his "services" with.

Experienced poor treatment by the property manager of my rental. They went for all of my bond when the place was immaculate & had some existing damage. Much effort gone to to have the situation almost rectified, but felt preyed upon as a vacating tennant.

The problems caused by one agent were rectified as soon as management were made aware of them. Would recommend so long as the problematic agent is no longer a part of the CRG team.
