One of the friendliest real estate agent. Really helpful and quite knowledgeable of the process :)
1. Tony's tenant background checks aren't so good: He accepts people as tenants who drive dirt bikes in the courtyard, who harass neighbours, insult, yell, stalk, trespass, throw stuff on neighbours property, who get an aggressive dog who roams freely attacking neighbours, who smoke, who throw parties, who have extra people live with them for months on end. 2. Then, Tony takes down the listing so neighbours don't know who's the REA and who to reach out to. When you finally find out it's Tony's tenants and complain to him he will say on repeat "I never received a complaint before!". No, of course you don't if you take the listing down. Nobody can find you. Anyway, Tony, if you're reading this, please reply to my email, and my previous email. I'd like to understand what actions you've been taking based on our complaints like you said you would - I guess none? Thanks.
